You're told "this is rustic" with no style authority. Maybe, if you could see the "real rustic", you could come up with something better. This, is your chance!

What we'd like to do is show you examples of the real, authentic rustic homes that are the touchstones of authenticity for the selected interior design style theme, whatever that may be: country, lodge, Adirondack "Great Camp" lodge decor, rustic log cabin style look, cottage, ranch, early American, etc. We invite you to:
- Use your eyes: look at the pictures, read the descriptions, distill the information into a sense of the decorating style as it relates to your house's design elements and accent pieces you already own.
- Develop your own personal, signature decor style of the interior decorating theme you're interested in.
We'll give you our observations too.
